Our ‘Winter Warmers’ campaign for E.ON, surprised their customers by giving them a warm, cosy feeling during one of the coldest UK winters on record.
Parnters Andrews Aldridge turned everyday objects into knitted woolen items in a customer engegement campaign designed to highlight the winter warmth offered by the energy supplier. The campaign, which promoted a prize draw, ran from December to February and offered over 100 prizes, through a dedicated landing page and entry form.
Integrated customer engagement comprised DM, email, digital display, OOH, social, radio, Gmail-sponsored promotion, onsite sign-posting, SMS, app notifications and PPC.
As a result, a whole new wave of customers now understand that E.ON really cares about keeping them warm and cosy.
