At Engine, we believe that none of us is as strong as all of us. We are committed to our culture and to each other. That’s why we have featured in The Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For list for six years in a row.
Engine’s first global chief executive, Kasha Cacy oversees the company’s 17 offices across North America, the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. She leads Engine’s data-driven marketing solutions offering, helping drive business growth for brand, publisher and agency partners.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning media, data and analytics, direct marketing, content and consulting, Kasha is key in building upon Engine’s differentiated offering of data, Insights, content, distribution and technology. She works with regional leadership and teams to uncover new ways to reach consumers and help clients make sense of an increasingly complicated digital and data-driven ad business.
Kasha joined Engine from IPG’s UM, where she served as U.S. CEO. Prior to UM, she held positions at McCann Erickson, Ogilvy, Cheil Communications, Wunderman and Accenture. She is particularly passionate about how science drives art and how data fuels content, creative and strategy.
Her industry accolades include: Adweek Media All-Star, Adweek 50’s “most indispensable executives”, Adage Women to Watch, and She Runs It (formerly Advertising Women of New York)’s Impact and Working Mother of the Year Awards.
